Sponsored by the Lancaster Rotary Club and benefiting Lancaster High School Scholarships, The Lancaster Outreach Center, and Rotary Foundation projects.

Bill Gaither was a former Lancaster City Manager, Lancaster Rotarian, and Director of Administrative Services for the City of Grapevine.
